Bester Tower Project is located at No. 1, Jiangxing Road, Jianghan Economic Development Zone, Wuhan, on the inner side of the Third Ring Road, adjacent to Wuhan Garden Expo Park and Hankouli, and is accessible by Metro Line 7 and Line 23. The transportation is convenient and the surrounding environment is elegant. The project consists of two towers connected by a corridor. The building plan includes administrative office, business incubation, R&D center, production center, service and sports center and other areas. The project covers an area of 9806.38 square meters and a building area of 40,753.10 square meters.

Bester Tower Project was officially submitted in May 2019. On November 30, 2019, the groundbreaking ceremony was held at the project base. The leaders of Jianghan District Committee, District People's Government, District People's Congress, District Political Consultative Conference and relevant government departments attended the ceremony.

During the epidemic prevention period, Bester Tower Project ensured the progress and quality of the project, and strictly complied with the epidemic prevention requirements of relevant departments by adopting facial recognition, punching in special channels, and periodic elimination, so as to give consideration to epidemic prevention and control and construction progress. On March 12, 2021, Zhang Junyong, secretary of Jianghan District Party Committee, visited the project site to guide the work and fully affirmed the achievements made by the project under the adverse impact of the epidemic.

In order to beautify the overall environment, in accordance with the government's document requirements for the construction of a "pocket park", China Bester Group reached a tripartite agreement with the Jianghan District Landscape Bureau and the Jianghan Economic Development Zone Management Committee. The construction of the "Pocket Park" on Jiangda Road will increase the planning of basketball courts, tennis courts, chat corners, fitness corners and other facilities. After the completion of the project, the entire office area abandoned the physical fence and chose the "electronic fence" composed of electronic signals. The new office building blended with the green landscape of the "pocket park".

At present, the overall construction progress of Bester Tower Project is progressing in an orderly manner as planned. On October 6, 2021, the crowning ceremony will be held, and the interior decoration will start after the roof capping. In March 2022, the main building will be completed and accepted, and the new building is expected to be officially put into use in October 2022 during the company's 30th anniversary celebration.
